About these terms
These terms apply when you book or use BINWOLF's junk removal or demolition services. By booking with us, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Junk removal prices are fixed based on how much space your load takes up on our 6×10 trailer. Demolition is quoted online with details and photos. You approve the price before any work happens.
Scheduling and cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel your booking from the link in your confirmation email, from our booking lookup page, or by calling us. There's no cancellation fee — please just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else.
What we can't take
We can't legally accept hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, motor oil, propane, solvents), asbestos-containing materials, medical or biohazard waste, or anything else banned by our disposal facilities. If we discover restricted materials on-site, we'll let you know and skip those items.
Access and site conditions
You confirm that you have the right to have the items removed or the structure demolished, and that our crew can safely access the job site. Please clear any obstacles that would block access to the items or truck.
Liability
We take care with your property. If we cause damage during the job, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Except as required by law, our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job.
Communications
By booking, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of future texts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
