Online load prices are based on the amount of space the items are expected to use. Before loading begins, the crew confirms the final price based on the actual volume, material type, access, and any disclosed special conditions. If the price needs to change, no work begins until you approve it.
Load examples are estimates. Dense materials, difficult access, stairs, unusually heavy items, extra labor, and prohibited or undisclosed materials may require different pricing. Your price is confirmed before work begins.
What ordinary pricing includes

What may change your price

- Stairs, long carries, or unusually difficult access
- Oversized single items requiring extra labor
- Undisclosed prohibited materials found on-site
Heavy materials
Heavy materials (dirt, soil, sod, concrete, brick, rock, tile, plaster, drywall, roofing, dense construction debris, wet material) are priced separately because trailer weight limits may be reached before the trailer is full. Request a custom quote for these loads.

Oversized items
Pianos, safes, hot tubs, and oversized single items may need manual review before pricing. Mention them when booking and we'll plan the right labor.
Demolition pricing
Small demolition is quoted job-by-job. Ordinary load-based junk removal pricing does not apply. Scope changes or hidden conditions are re-quoted before work continues.
