Frequently asked
- Can I get an instant demolition price?
- No. Every demolition is quoted individually so the price reflects your actual site.
- Who pulls permits?
- Permits are the property owner's responsibility. We can point you to the right local office if you're unsure.
- Do you disconnect gas or electrical?
- No. Regulated utility work must be completed by a licensed provider before we tear out the structure.
