Small Demolition

Small demolition is quote-first. Send details and photos and we email a written price. Nothing is scheduled and no work begins until you approve the quote.

Quote-first. There is no online price for demolition and no auto-scheduling.

Safety: BINWOLF does not perform certified hazardous-material abatement (asbestos, lead) or regulated utility disconnection. If either is suspected, we pause and refer you to a certified professional.

Not sure if we can take it? Call us — we'll tell you straight.

Pricing method

Demolition is quoted job-by-job. Ordinary load-based junk removal pricing does not apply. Scope changes or hidden conditions are re-quoted before work continues.

Frequently asked

Can I get an instant demolition price?
No. Every demolition is quoted individually so the price reflects your actual site.
Who pulls permits?
Permits are the property owner's responsibility. We can point you to the right local office if you're unsure.
Do you disconnect gas or electrical?
No. Regulated utility work must be completed by a licensed provider before we tear out the structure.
